When do I pay for my stay?

Your balance is due 2 weeks before arrival.

Can I pay cash on arrival?

Unfortunately we do not accept cash on arrival.

All payments are taken online in advance of arrival

How do I find my holiday home?

Property address and key collection information will be sent out to you

24 hours before check-in.

What time is arrival and departure?

Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Early arrival and late departure may be possible for an additional cost. Please contact us directly to discuss.

Where are the closest parking locations?

Each property has its own parking information included within the booking confirmation email and access information email we send a day before arrival.

Who do I contact if any maintenance is required in the property?

Contact us on the number above and we shall attend to the matter.

Is smoking allowed in any of the properties?

No, all of our properties are strictly non smoking. If there is a garden, you are more than welcome to smoke there.

Are pets allowed in any of the properties?

Only a few of properties can accommodate pets. Contact us to discuss further.

Are towels, linen, pillows provided?

Yes. Towels, linen and pillows are included within your stay. Our bathrooms have shampoo and body wash too.

Can you provide a cot bed or high chair?

All our properties have space to accommodate a cot bed and high chair. Our cot beds do not come with linen or bedding.

Where is the nearest Supermarket?

Every property is within walking distance of a supermarket. In Stirling there is a Morrisons, Tesco, Sainsburys, Waitrose, Aldi and Lidl.
